Description: An in-depth review of gathering support data for an appraisal report. Emphasis will be placed on verification and documentation of collected data that is to be utilized in formulating the appraiser’s opinion and valuation conclusions.
Skills Obtained: to create a workfile that is compliant with USPAP’s Record Keeping requirements for each appraisal, appraisal review, or appraisal consulting assignment – written or oral. Also, documentation necessary for Broker’s Price Opinions
