Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Appraiser Qualifications Board and the Appraisal Subcommittee have devised a plan for allowing Appraisers to attend “virtual classroom” courses during this unprecedented time.

Each state licensing board/commission has the opportunity to adopt this plan; it is a state-by-state decision.

I am currently offering Virtual Classroom courses for Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas & Tennessee Appraiser licensees.
